Great experience for me!! The ladies were booked and busy!! Prices was great for what I got!! I read other people’s reviews & was kinda of skeptical at 1st but I went on in at 7:45am straight to a chair! Young lady did an awesome job!! First, the owner deserves so much praise. She was very responsive when communicating with me before my appointment, texted me with professionalism, and made sure I felt confident about my visit. When I walked in, she welcomed me immediately, introduced herself, and made me feel seen and valued. Even when I left, she acknowledged me again to make sure I was satisfied. That type of personal touch is rare. The entire staff is extremely friendly, warm, and courteous. Everyone spoke, everyone had good energy, and the whole shop feels inviting.
